There are a lot of persons that can state they work at Hollywood, but how many of them can really say that they are actors? Of course, many of them don't even claim the fact that they have the necessary talent. But what about Tracy Morgan and his acting skills?
Like many actors, Tracy Morgan started as a stand-up comedian on the stages of New York, a thing he is still doing now. Obviously, he obtained a lot of roles in comedies as one of the "funny guys". He definitely has a gift for making people laugh and this is very appreciated by the American public, in Hollywood productions and also in television shows. You can say that he only played in pretty bad movies like "How High" and "Last Sunday", but his performance was not bad at all and he did his job quite well. A few movie critics say his acting is awful and that he will never be able to obtain a role in a good movie. Nevertheless, there were also actors that performed in B movies all their life and became famous instantly with one good role. Maybe this will be the case with Tracy Morgan, despite the fact that he seems more interested in his activity as a stand-up comedian and television shows rather than Hollywood appearances.
